Vicchio, a professor of philosophy at the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, Maryland, is a nationally renowned ethicist and a faculty member in the Police Executive Leadership Program at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
